Payment:

We accept payment through PAYPAL or by cheque. To pay by cheque please download, print and complete the order form below and return to us with a cheque made payable to THE STRAWBERRY CARD COMPANY to 8 Clarence Road . Exmouth . Devon . EX8 1LE

Postage:

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from the day of order. All postage is at the standard rate of £2.50 and is sent by recorded post and will require a signature on delivery. Any orders which are non UK mainland, Scottish Highlands or overseas will incur additional delivery charges, please contact us for a quote. 

We will exchange or refund any items you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please request proof of purchase from the Post Office for your returned items as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in the post. If you receive an item which is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange a replacement. 

VAT:

All items are inclusive of VAT.
